Okay, Bill Cleary must also share in the blame for
this fiasco! He saw Dean lugging the gate through the
decks of the Doria stern, and decided to assist in the
recovery. We tried to convince Bill to install it as the
transom gate on his new boat, the Depth Charge, but he
