These are pictures from the 2000 Seeker / Mad Dog 3-day expedition to the Andrea Doria, approximately 107 miles off Montauk, New York, under 250 feet of water in the North Atlantic, which took place on July 29-31, 2000 (continued from page I).

This is the tie-in point, at about 178 feet on the edge of the hull.
A nice porthole on the hull near the tie-in point.  Most of the portholes are still there because they require a lot of hard work to get out.
Swimming forward, we pass a nice brass window.
Dan Bartone enters the lido deck through a hole.
Dan Bartone explores inside the lido deck.
Looking out as Dan exits the lido deck.
Dan Bartone explores inside the foyer deck.  You can just barely see Steve Lovas in the upper left-hand corner (blue DUI drysuit).
These large overhangs used to be a part of the promenade deck that collapsed
Looking towards the bow of the wreck, this is a large piece of the superstructure that broke off.  It is sitting in the sand about 20 feet away from the main part of the wreck.
